Record a Cash Sale

  1. 1.Open the AI chat
  2. 2.Type: "I sold [product] to [customer] for $[amount] cash"
  3. 3.Review the confirmation
  4. 4.Tap "Confirm" to save

Check Your Profit

  1. 1.Tap the Reports icon
  2. 2.View the Profit & Loss chart
  3. 3.Or ask Genie: "What's my profit this month?"

Add a New Customer

  1. 1.Go to App Modules
  2. 2.Tap "Customers"
  3. 3.Tap the + button
  4. 4.Fill in customer details and save

Track Unpaid Invoices

  1. 1.Go to Revenue module
  2. 2.Tap the "UNPAID" tab
  3. 3.View all pending payments

Getting Started

Set up your account and configure your business

Download & Install

Download Genie Accounting from the App Store or Google Play Store and create your account with your business email.

Set Up Your Business Profile

Enter your business name, address, and currency. This information will appear on your invoices and reports.

Add Products & Services

Navigate to App Modules > Product/Service. Add all products and services you sell with their prices and descriptions.

Add Customers & Suppliers

Set up your customer and supplier databases. Go to App Modules > Customers to add customer details, and use the suppliers section for vendors.

Configure Chart of Accounts

Customize your chart of accounts to match your business needs. The AI will use this to categorize transactions automatically.
